Today's run without dogs: 9.6km - 57.48min, +20ºC, light breeze.
I've looked up Leroy's passport. It turns out he was born in Feb. 2001! So he is now 12. Times seven, means he is 84 in dog years. And he has been doggedly following me all this time.
I only hope nobody accuses me of animal abuse, he enjoys every run so much and only on the last one slowed down to walking pace.
Strelka is 9 which in dog years is 63.
