I run because it gives me pleasure

I run because it is the best way to rest and relax.
I run because it is a good time to think.
I run because my systems reboot, log-out and then log-in again.

I run with my dogs because they enjoy it too.
They never get bored, they alert me to other people and animals, smells and sights.
I run with dogs because it trains them to be brave and sociable, and behave as a team with me.

I run with dogs because it gives me pleasure to feel I pleased them, and to see that they too feel that they pleased me.
